Step 5

Touch GV 20 and GV 24.5: Use the fingertips of your right hand to press GV 20 in the slight hollow at the rear of the top of your head.

Place the middle fingertip of your left hand lightly in between your eyebrows on GV 24.5 in an indentation called the Third Eye Point. Focus your attention on that spot with your eyes closed. Straighten your spine and breathe deeply for two minutes as you hold these nervous system balancing points.

Step 6

Hold CV 17: Place all your fingertips on the center of your breastbone at heart level, fitting them into each of the indentations. Close your eyes, and breathe deeply for one minute.
